#1: God goes for a walk, searches for Adam, then asks what he doesn't know.

Genesis 3:8And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.  9And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?  10And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. 11And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?

There are a couple of problems with these passages.  God is meant to be omnipresent, yet he walks.  God is All-Knowing, yet he calls our for for the location of Adam.  Also, the All-Knowing God had to ask if they'd eaten from the tree cause he himself didn't know.  Now let us compare this to the Qur'an's version of the same story:

"O Adam! dwell thou and thy wife in the Garden, and enjoy (its good things) as ye wish: but approach not this tree, or ye run into harm and transgression." Then began Satan to whisper suggestions to them, bringing openly before their minds all their shame that was hidden from them (before): he said: "Your Lord only forbade you this tree, lest ye should become angels or such beings as live for ever." And he swore to them both, that he was their sincere adviser. So by deceit he brought about their fall: when they tasted of the tree, their shame became manifest to them, and they began to sew together the leaves of the garden over their bodies. And their Lord called unto them: "Did I not forbid you that tree, and tell you that Satan was an avowed enemy unto you?" They said: "Our Lord! We have wronged our own souls: If thou forgive us not and bestow not upon us Thy Mercy, we shall certainly be lost." (Allah) said: "Get ye down. With enmity between yourselves. On earth will be your dwelling-place and your means of livelihood,- for a time." (7:19-24)

Notice that in this version, God does not walk or call out for to a hiding Adam.  Also, as can be seen by the verse: And their Lord called unto them: "Did I not forbid you that tree, and tell you that Satan was an avowed enemy unto you?" God didn't need to ask whether they ate from the tree or not.  Notice also this verse:  "but approach not this tree," Which is better advice than that of the Bible's where God merely warns:  "But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."  There is no better way to resist temptation than to not allowing yourself to get tempted at all.  Humans make mistakes, and if they are near temptations, being the weak beings we are, there is a strong chance of us caving in.  In the Qur'an, God tells Adam and Eve (pbut) to not even approach the tree.`

#2: God gets his much needed rest.

Exodus 31: 17It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.

After creating the world, The almighty needed his day of rest.

Psalms 44:23Awake, why sleepest thou, O Lord? arise, cast us not off for ever.

Psalms 78:65Then the LORD awaked as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine.

As we can see, according to the Bible, God also needs his sleep, and when he awakens, he shouts like a drunkard.  What does the Qur'an say about this?  Let us see:

Qur'an 2:255. Allah. There is no god but He,-the Living, the Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. His are all things in the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) before or after or behind them. Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them for He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory).

So the Qur'an says Good isn't overcome by slumber or sleep, and that he doesn't feel fatigue.  The Bible on the other hand states that he needs a day of rest, he sleep, and when he awakens, he shouts like a drunkard.

#3: God makes a mistake

Genesis 6: 6And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

From dictionary.com

Repent:
  1. To feel remorse, contrition, or self-reproach for what one has done or failed to do; be contrite.
  2. To feel such regret for past conduct as to change one's mind regarding it: repented of intemperate behavior.
  3. To make a change for the better as a result of remorse or contrition for one's sins.

God, according to this verse, made a mistake that he regretted to the extent that it grieved him at his heart.  Yet, we're supposed to still believe that God according to the Bible is Perfect, All-Knowing, and All-Mighty.
